Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for experts in Facebook Ads (Facebook Business Manager), Google Ads, LinkedIn to collaborate in our company as performance marketing managers. This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of performance marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create media plans based on market research.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Present campaign performance data to relevant stakeholders.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (certificate, intern letter or title).
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish, must be able to communicate in English.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the following aspects of digital marketing:
  1. Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ads
  2. Executing lead generation campaigns.
  3. Managing a budget of more than 200k USD per quarter.
  4. As trafficker.
  5. Managing campaigns on Facebook Business Manager and/or Google Ads platforms.
  6. Excellent presentation skills with strong quantitative & analytical skills.
  • Experience in Affiliate marketing is a plus.
