The Market Research Sr. Analyst will be an integral part of the Global Market Research and Customer Insights Team. The global team consists of experienced market research professionals who work to support all business lines, providing data and insights for informed and improved business decision making. The team works with many functional areas, such as Product Management, Marketing, PR, Technology Teams, Design, Delivery, Learning, Business Development, Business Leadership, and Executive Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Insights Manager with all aspects of quantitative surveys
  • Develop and run qualitative research initiatives, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, from start to finish
  • Support Market/Desk Research Team with all aspects of desk research
  • Synthesize data, translate complex market research findings into simple and actionable language with focus on “so what’s” and recommendations
  • Storytelling for executive audiences
  • With time, independently manage primary and secondary market research projects from start to finish

Must have’s:

  • 5+ years of experience in field of market research – a mix of quantitative primary (surveys, etc.), qualitative primary (focus groups, in-depth interviews, market research online communities, etc.), and secondary/desk research
  • Practical, hands-on work approach, a doer
  • Agile, scrappy and flexible – ability to find innovative ways to deliver results with limited time and resources
  • Great collaborator, a team player
  • Analytical and curious
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Fast learner, interested in lifelong learning, constant innovation and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Fluent English (not necessarily a native speaker, but must be very comfortable)
  • Be able to translate complex market research findings into simple and actionable language with focus on “so what’s” and recommendations
  • Outstanding storytelling capabilities
  • Excellent Excel and PPT skills


  • Experience with market research for education
  • Survey data visualization, using dashboards such as Tableau, PowerBI, Redash or other tools specific to survey data
  • Automation of data analysis, processing and visualizations, using database queries and R/Python interactivity
  • Experience with qualitative market research, such as focus groups (in person and/or virtual), in-depth interviews (IDIs), market research online communities
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
  • Used to working in an international organization
  • Experience working in a start-up/fast growth environment
